Founder and President Elizabeth Neff is a public relations and social media strategist. An accomplished, savvy business professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience as a marketing communications practitioner, Neff has been listed as one of the top 100 PR pros who dominates social media by Sparkah Business Consulting. As an independent publicist, Neff is a dynamic salesperson for clients with strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills, a strategic planner with effective organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks, and highly skilled in all facets of the media. She has successfully served clients in the diverse fields of music, entertainment, television & stage production, healthcare, food & beverage, high tech, travel and tourism. Before starting Buzz Entertainment, Neff directed and implemented media relations, crisis communication, publicity, community relations, marketing, promotions and branding for Trans Continental Companies and all its entities. Some of the artists she worked with at Trans Continental Records were Aaron Carter, Brooke Hogan, Jordan Knight, Smilez & Southstar, and CNote.
