Buzz Entertainment was founded in 2007 by Public Relations and Social Media Strategist Elizabeth Neff to build buzz-worthy brands that break through the noise.

With more than 30 years of integrated marketing communications experience, Elizabeth is a powerhouse publicist known for driving exposure and elevating profiles across the music and entertainment landscape. Her media savvy, strategic insight, and unmatched hustle make her a go-to for artists, companies, and creatives looking to stand out and stay relevant.

Before launching Buzz Entertainment, Elizabeth led PR and branding for Trans Continental Companies, where she helped amplify the careers of Aaron Carter, Brooke Hogan, Jordan Knight, Smilez & Southstar, and CNote. Her diverse portfolio also spans television, live stage, tech, travel, food, healthcare, and beyond.

In addition to her work in the field, Elizabeth serves as a university course director, teaching music business marketing and personal branding strategies to the next generation of entertainment professionals. She’s a proud member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the Music Business Association, staying actively engaged with the evolving world of media, music, and communications.
